Our Story
How It All Began
The Sista Circle Inc. was born out of a personal need — the need to find a space where Black women and women of color could show up fully, without code-switching, without shrinking, and without having to explain their excellence.
Our founder saw the gap firsthand: brilliant, accomplished women navigating corporate boardrooms, entrepreneurial ventures, and creative industries — often alone. She knew that connection was the missing ingredient, and so The Sista Circle was created.
What started as intimate gatherings has grown into a nationwide movement — a membership community where professional women of color network, mentor one another, and build the careers and businesses they deserve.
